Modernizing the boutique tattoo shop experience
Beginning with only a blueprint of the shop and a mood board of the colors and materials to be used to build out the space, I crafted a visual identity that would reflect the experience of being inside of the shop and a logo that would feel in line with common tattoo shops, but also a little bit like a high-end spa. Improving the scheduling and consultation experience was as simple as consolidating all of the places artists typically take requests—texts, emails, DM’s, you name it—into a funnel that leads potential clients right to a simple web form.
Now Ann spends much less time filtering through her messages and has more time dedicated to her craft and her clients. Because of Ann’s conscious efforts to build a site that felt cohesive with her shop, we achieved exactly that.
